Return Policy
We want you to be happy with
your purchases. Most of the items we sell are returnable for thirty
days after purchase (see Non-Returnable Items below).
Please check your purchases when you receive them.
If
you wish to return an item, we will be happy to accept the return within 30 days of the
purchase; however, the following conditions apply:
Return Authorization (within 30 Days of Invoice)
1. Please call us before shipping a return for a Return Authorization and to
verify eligibility. Sometimes folks think it's only been a month, when
it has actually been several or think they ordered from us when it was from
another company. It also alerts us to watch for your package.
2. The item(s) must be in new sellable condition, no markings, folds, etc.
3. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest
that you use a shipping method that has delivery confirmation and insurance.
4. We allow time for the product to reach us when you ship
the item in a timely manner.
Shipping Damages and Discrepancies
Please contact us within 10 days if you have a damaged or
defective product so we can arrange to correct the problem.
Returns After 30 Days
1. After 30 days from date of invoice, a 20% restocking fee
will be deducted from your refund.
2. Call us for a Return Authorization to verify eligibility.
3. The item(s) must be in new sellable condition, no markings, folds, etc.
4. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest
that you use a shipping method that has delivery confirmation and insurance.
5. We allow time for the product to reach us when you ship
the item in a timely manner.
6. No refunds will be given after 60 days from date of
invoice.
1. Software, audio CDs, DVDs, audio cassettes, and video cassettes are
non-returnable.
2. If the items were defective from manufacturer, please contact us about a
replacement.
3. Switched-On Schoolhouse products are non-returnable,
However, Alpha Omega offers excellent tech support.
